This 27-year old patient from San Diego, California has a mild case of gynecomastia (large breasts in males). He was very self-conscious of the appearance of his chest. He found Dr. Pousti, experienced plastic surgeon in San Diego.

The patient was very impressed with Dr. Pousti’s experience and the excellent results he had achieve for other gynecomastia patient. He met with Dr. Pousti to discuss his concerns and surgery options.

Liposuction was used to remove most of the breast tissue with a small incision under the areola. Some skin under the incision area was also removed to prevent the skin from looking “saggy” after liposuction in the areas.
