This 27-year old patient from San Diego, California was uncomfortable with the appearance of his chest. The patient has a mild case of gynecomastia (large breasts in males).

Liposuction was used to remove most of the breast tissue with a small incision under the areola. Some skin under the incision area was also removed to prevent the skin from looking “saggy” after liposuction in the areas.
